Rotation

  • Rend maintenance for Blood Frenzy (+4% physical damage) with configurable refresh window
  • Mortal Strike as primary damage ability (6s CD, stance-free)
  • Overpower on dodge procs (Battle Stance, configurable min rage)
  • Whirlwind cleave attack (Berserker Stance, 10s CD)
  • Sweeping Strikes when 2+ enemies detected
  • Slam as cast filler (requires Improved Slam)

Execute Phase

  • Execute priority on targets below 20% HP
  • Configurable: allow/disable MS, WW, and HS during execute phase

Rage Management

  • Heroic Strike queued above rage threshold (default 55)
  • Cleave replaces Heroic Strike when enemy count meets AoE threshold
  • Both abilities are off-GCD (swing-weaving)
